After Infidelity & Relationship Crisis

My mission is helping committed couples heal after infidelity, broken trust, emotional disconnection, and relationship crisis—and consciously create a loving, trusting, authentic relationship that's stronger than they thought possible.
Whether you're both ready to begin... or you're the only one willing to take the first step...
There is often more possibility than people realize.
What if your relationship isn't asking to end...
What if it's asking to heal?
A complementary 30-minute session with Christine to Discover What's Possible
IF A LOVING, TRUSTING, AUTHENTIC RELATIONSHIP IS STILL POSSIBLE...
Would you choose it?
Not every relationship should continue.
And not every relationship can.
But after more than 32 years helping couples navigate infidelity, broken trust, emotional disconnection, and relationship crises, I've learned something remarkable.
When one—and especially when both—partners are genuinely committed to healing, relationships that seem impossible to repair can become stronger than they were before.
That's why I don't begin by asking,
"Should you stay together?"
I begin by asking,
"If a loving, trusting, authentic relationship is still possible... would you choose it?"
If your answer is yes...
I'd be honored to help you discover what's possible.
Let's Honor What Has Happened.
If you've experienced infidelity, betrayal or disconnection
your world may no longer feel safe.
Infidelity isn't simply a relationship problem.
For many people...
it's trauma.
It can shatter your assumptions.
Your confidence.
Your sense of security.
Even your ability to trust yourself.
Many betrayed partners tell me,
"I don't just want to trust my partner again.
I want to trust myself again."
If that's where you are...
your reactions make sense.
The intrusive thoughts.
The emotional waves.
The questions that won't stop.
The fear of being blindsided again.
The moments when something ordinary suddenly becomes a painful reminder.
These aren't signs that you're weak.
They're signs that your nervous system is trying to protect you after a profound emotional injury.
And if your relationship is struggling for another reason...
constant conflict...
broken trust...
lack of intimacy...
years of emotional disconnection...
the weight of chronic stress...
or simply wondering how you became strangers...
your pain is no less real.
Whatever has brought you here...
you don't have to minimize it.
You don't have to rush to forgive or sacrifice to keep the peace.
You don't have to decide today.
Healing begins by honoring the truth of what has happened—with honesty, compassion, and the courage to be open to possibilities, grounded in sound judgement.
Only then can trust and connection begin to grow again.
If You're Wondering...
These are the very questions courageous couples ask when they begin their journey toward healing.
You don't have to have all the answers today.
You don't have to decide today whether your relationship will survive.
You only have to decide whether you're willing to discover what's possible.
Because I've learned that healing often begins with one courageous decision...
Choosing from what we do want, even if we don't know how yet, rather than letting the pain make the decision for us

Traditional relationship advice often focuses on fixing communication or solving surface-level problems.
While those skills are important, they don't always address what's happening underneath the pain.
When trust has been broken—or when years of hurt, resentment, and emotional distance have accumulated—your relationship isn't simply facing a communication problem.
It's trying to find its way back to safety.
Healing requires more than learning what to say.
It requires creating the conditions where honesty feels safe...
where trust can grow again...
where both partners can move beyond survival and begin experiencing genuine connection.
That's why my approach is different.
Together, we'll work to understand not only what happened, but support bringing more safety into your body and clarify what it would take to heal and create something even stronger.
Because when the foundation changes...
everything built upon it can change, too.
During Our Time Together we'll

The answer began long before I became a Marriage and Family Therapist.
For more than 32 years, I've helped couples navigate infidelity, broken trust, and relationship crisis with compassion, practical guidance, and hope.
Growing up, I watched how hardship, grief, and unresolved trauma quietly echoed through generations of my own family. I found myself asking a question that would shape the rest of my life:
Why do good people who love each other still lose the relationship they want most?
That question led me to become a Marriage and Family Therapist and ultimately inspired the creation of Marital Sanctuary™—a compassionate, integrated approach to helping committed couples heal, rebuild trust, and consciously create loving, trusting, authentic relationships.
Along the way, life invited me into my own deepest lessons about love, healing, and what lasting transformation truly requires.
Those experiences didn't diminish my values of commitment and devotion.
They deepened them.
Today, my greatest privilege is walking alongside courageous couples as they discover what's still possible.

"We thought the affair had destroyed everything."
They were planning a future together.
Then infidelity changed everything.
For her, the betrayal reopened wounds that reached far beyond their relationship. Her father's affair had shaped her understanding of trust long before she met her partner, and now those unresolved experiences collided with the pain of the present.
Both wanted to save the relationship, but neither knew where to begin.
Instead of simply trying to rebuild trust, we worked to understand the deeper patterns that had contributed to the crisis while helping each of them process the emotional impact of what had happened.
They developed greater emotional awareness, took meaningful accountability, rebuilt safety, and began creating a relationship that was more honest, intentional, and connected than the one they had before.
Several months after completing our work together, they reached out with wonderful news.
They were engaged.
Later they shared photographs from their wedding.
The affair was never something they wanted.
But it became the turning point that inspired them to build the relationship they truly wanted for the rest of their lives.
"We weren't fighting anymore—we were simply disconnected. We felt like roommates. Through our work together, we rediscovered how to talk, laugh, and genuinely enjoy one another again. It feels like we've created a completely different relationship."
He was a physician.
Together they were raising two young children while managing a demanding medical practice with no nearby family support.
Every day felt like survival.
Exhaustion had replaced patience.
Small disagreements became major arguments.
Both worried that if something didn't change soon, their marriage might not survive the pressure.
Using practical tools designed for busy couples, we focused on creating moments of connection that fit the reality of their lives rather than adding one more obligation to an already impossible schedule.
They learned how to protect their relationship even while caring for patients, parenting young children, and navigating constant demands.
Instead of feeling like they were constantly pulling against each other, they began working as a team again.
